Earlier, you said: "But when I opened IE it did open Firefox by itself but it didnt open 100 of them, only one". Could you give a bit more detail on the steps that you took?

It sounds like you clicked on a shortcut to start IE - correct?.
    Did an IE window appear?
Then one Firefox window appeared too - correct?

No I purposely opened IE to see if Firefox would go berserk as it did before. But when I opened IE one firefox window opened.

You can try the info in post 18 and post 19 to see if Process Monitor can let us know how the two browsers are interacting.

This does sound like a persistent infection. Try running TDSSkiller and see if it finds anything.

You might also try the steps on this page to run the Backdoor.Tidserv Removal Tool.

Note the instructions at the bottom to fix the Master Boot Record (fixmbr).

    Bootmgr is missing - Fix

The infection may reside there, that is why it is still there. You might want to start a thread in the Security forum so our security experts will see it. Link to this thread, and we can also continue here as UsernameIssues pointed out.

    P.S.

I'd download and run AdwCleaner (choose the @Bleepingcompuer link) as well

    It does sound fishy,
Right click the shortcut you use to open Internet explorer,
Right click again on the Internet explorer listing,
    Attachment 305543
Shortcut section is where you should be at this point,
Target box paste what it says here,
On a 64 bit machine it should show,
    "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
    Please verify,
    Cheers.
