You might make sure you have 12.0.0.70 installed ?

It depends on your Internet connection speed at the time too. I occasionally get pauses at certain times of the evening and weekend. I have a wireless connection to my ISP so I share bandwidth with others on the same tower. Just lately, we've had a lot of connection problems and dog slow connections. My ISP is handing out $15 credits to everyone in this area. Should be more but it's better than nothing.

Right click the video player and click on Settings,
Click on the Yellow folder and drag the slider to the right if it's not all the way over,

How to configure your Flash Player settings for maximum privacy and security
You can use this as well,
    Temp files delete,

Shut down your machine after using it,
    Cheers.

Well the ping is not all that great,
I would reset your modem/ router,
    Then repeat the test,
    Cheers.
Your ping is just barely better than mine ?
