Web Page opening about 3/4 size

Internet explorer 11 and the Bing search page will only open about 3/4 of the page when I use a shortcut, but when I type www.bing.com in the search it opens just fine. I have had this problem with 5 other pc"s and the only way I could cure it was to use Firefox which I prefer not to.

Right click the shortcut, then right click Internet Explorer/Properties. Set the drop down menu as shown below. :)

I don't get the same menu as your picture shows. It does not say anything about "Shortcut". This is a shortcut I made by right clicking on the page when it opens and tell it to put in the desktop. Click on "properties" and it shows everything except "shortcut".

Oooops! I was right clicking the wrong thing, but still when I tell IE to open maximized, it does nothing for my shortcut for Bing.

    Hi,
Traditionally you would click Start and All Programs,
Right click the internet explorer listing and click on Send to/ Desktop Create shortcut.

Bing I would simply add it to your Favorites bar or something = Alt+AB or Menubar/ Favorites/ Add to favorites bar,
    Cheers.

Just wanted to add the url address bar uses Bing search If Bing is your default search.
So really all you need to do is start typing in the address bar for suggestions to appear from bing.

Another trick to try is to drag the window to the size you want while holding the Shift key. If that doesn't work try using the CTRL key instead.

Thanks all!!! I finally figured it out. I opened Bing and where the url is shown for Bing at the top of the page, I just drug it down to the task bar and it works fine. Have fought with this for a long time and it was right at the tip of my nose!!
