    Hi welcome to SevenForums,
    Reset Firefox,
    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems
Did you ever post the other scan results on your other thread please do so if not,
    Have you tried another browser,
Use Winkey+R and paste either of these strings in the Run box,

    "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff

    iexplore.exe -extoff

How exactly did you re-install windows ?
    Disk ?
If you used a disk I doubt you would need to use the scanners ?

See if ie works under regular start,
    iexplore.exe
