I canīt login with the mail of the provider (@home.nl) on Windows Live Mail 2012? And on Outlook Express/Windows live mail well?
whynot? have you put in the correct settings?

How did you set Windows Live Mail up with?
to log into WLM you need a Live account or an outlook.com account.
You cannot log in with your providers account.
you have to make the provider a secondary account

Look at the picture I have placed here.
The circled part is my login to WLM
I logged in with my live account

The Comcast account is my second account I manually set up
