Too many cookies & Temp. IE Files

I guess I have OCD when it come to those items. So a couple days ago I thought I could lessen the amount by making some changes in IE Options. I don't quite remember what I did but now have lots more items than before. I think I could just go back & click the 'Set to default' button but need to ask before I do. I think I added to the 'Restricted Zone' & maybe did something with 'Trusted Zone' but honestly don't remember. I'll include a couple screen shots to hopefully make some sense.

Dang, that didn't come out right. The smaller, only 5 item shot is how it used to be for my weather checking. The larger one is what I get now after "thinking I was so damn smart" & made changes. I'm going to include here, the shot I delete from above. It's the cookies that were in that list of 111 items.

    Hi,
Yea I'm not getting what you did unfortunately or why you don't just reset all zones to default ?
Or why you altered the default zones to begin with,
I'm into adding sites to Restricted zones,
No site is trusted enough to be added to Trusted sites = None.
    Restricted sites = High.
Trusted sites = Medium and never add a site to this zone unless it a home or office security feed.
    Cheers.

I should've known I wouldn't word it right, I seem to always forget some points when I finally start typing. PEBCAK !!

It was actually other sites, not weather, that seemed to leave soooo many cookies & TIF's & I guess I thought maybe by adding them to 'Trusted' that there would be less. (this board really needs a 'Dunce' smiley) Anyway . . . the reason I posted the 5 item shot was to show the difference in how "it" was before compared to how many now(111 items).

Just wanted to leave a quick reply before I do go ahead & reset to defaults because once I log out of here to do that I plan on other clean up as well & won't be back for awhile.

Thanks TZ. Like I said in my 1st post I kinda figured setting back to default would be the answer but I would've left at least a few in Trusted, now have none.
I tried SAS a couple yrs. ago but ended up uninstalling for some reason, probably just PEBCAK again.
