Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.sevenforums.com

Hi guys,

These days most of the time when I try to open an URL by my Web browser (here Chrome) I face below message:

Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.sevenforums.com
Try reloading: www.*sevenforums.*com

So I should click on "Try reloading...." and then the web page appears.
What's the reason please and who to get rid of it?

Well; unfortunately; do to the way web servers work; sometimes they; like any computer can develop momentary glitches which if its just a temp. thing will go away later on; or if not; then someone needs to contact the web administrator and inform them

?
So the problem is to do with that web server and the client (my machine) doesn't have nay fault, even if I face this message in many web pages that I've requested them, yes?
