IE11 - to install or not

A few months ago I wrote about problems with my IE11 and was told to revert to IE10 because IE11 was not 100% stable yet. So I have been using IE10 since then. There is one particular site (CBC News - Latest Canada, World, Entertainment and Business News) that insists on wanting to install Adobe Flashruntime every time I visit it with IE10 and I was wondering whether the need for IE11 had anything to do with it. I get no such message when I visit the same site with Chrome or Firefox.

I was wondering whether it is relatively safe to reinstall IE11 now; has it been fixed?

    Hi,
Probably just your flash player settings or global setting,
You can make sure your at least using the current version of flash,
    13.0.0.182

But ie11 is working quite a bit better,
But as always delete any cache flash has built up,
This is a privacy minded tutorial but will show you where to look for the settings in flash,
How to configure your Flash Player settings for maximum privacy and security
