internet explorer 11 not opening any websites

Okay so for a while I have been having multiple BSODs and in an attempt to fix the problem I've deleted a few programs including Google chrome. The reason is because without it even being opened it was saying it was crashing so yeah. Anyway after uninstalling chrome I wanted to reinstall it but IE wouldn't open at all. I turned on enable enhanced protected mode under advanced, after finding it on a forum and while IE now does open no matter what url I put in no content will show whatsoever. I've tried adding sites to compatability view but nothing works. I beg for help because the pc is only a few months from being bought new.

    Hi and welcome to Sevenforums,
First please use these instructions for the bsod,
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

I wouldn't download Chrome just yet,
To download some scanners to look for infections,
You can use safe mode with networking,
But again Do Not download Chrome,

    Safe mode with networking,
Shut down your machine, Unplug-Hold the power button down for 30/45 seconds (Power Drain)
If using a laptop remove the battery then use the power drain,
Power up and Tap the F8 key continuously until you see a black page with white text,
Use the down arrow key to toggle to safe mode with networking/ hit the enter key.
    Login as usual

Repeat the scans starting normally post the scan results,
Review Jacee’s instructions to run Adwcleaner here post #7,
Ignore the title of the thread,
    Instant Savings App
Screen shot of the download button to use for Adwcleaner
You can use these free tools to see if they find anything,
Manually Update them before running full scans,
Try not to use your computer while the scans are running, (one at a time of course).
Uncheck the box to Activate the Free trial from the final install options,

    http://www.superantispyware.com/?tag=SUPERANTISPYWARE
This one is the longest up to 4 hours, the others are only about 45 minutes,
