Hello cvcorv8, and welcome to Seven Forums.
If you like, you could use Option One in the tutorial below to specify Google as the home page in Internet Explorer for all users. This also prevents the IE home page from being able to be changed by users.
Internet Explorer Home Page - Specify and Prevent Changing
Hope this helps, :)

To automatically set a default IE home page and favorites for all new users that will be later created, it must be done by editing / customizing the default user profile. One way to do this is to do it in Audit Mode with Sysprep tool as told in this tutorial: User Profile - Customize During Installation. This method is both supported and recommended by Microsoft.
Notice that default user profile customization with Sysprep can only be done when no other user accounts exist than the Windows built-in administrator. Because of this limitation the customization should be done when installing, prior to creating any user accounts; if done later you need first reboot to Audit Mode and when there, remove all existing user accounts before using the Sysprep command.

I want to do it on an existing computer and sysprep no hassle.
and again, users should also simply to fit later themselves.
I just want google to start automatically as a base, but the user can change. simply later
or registry key did I need?
It's either editing the default user profile or manually setting the home page for each account.
but you can customize the default user registry? and it set the home page for users? but can change?
I am not a fan of manual registry editing when there's an official, supported way to do things in Windows. I do not know if setting a global IE home page is possible by editing the registry, and if yes how it's done.
how do you a homepage for all new users that are created? but they who can change later?
I use windows 7 home and not a pro!
I you do have that registry trick to make as home page but the users themselves can not change it? what option I should omit from the registry?
The Sysprep method I told you in my first post in this thread works with all editions of Windows 7. Users can change default home page and favorites set using this method.
I cannot answer that question as I told in my previous post.
