I've noticed while there is a vertical scroll bar on the right, that ALSO has the Down arrow in Chrome, the Down arrow is NOT there in Gmail. Why? I've looked in Gmail Settings and can't find the setting to change it.

Might the other Browser be Firefox with the issue ?

Thanks. You're right. Gmail in IE DOES operate correctly. So, my issue still remains. Any ideas?

Well I don't use Firefox but you might reset Firefox and see if the issue resolves it's self,

It's problem with Chrome.It's same problem with my Chrome, the way to solve it is to use a mouse or use another browser.
It difficult to diagnose the problem as each Chrome update will also update a new problem. I missed my older version of Chrome that gave me no problem.
