Good news,
Well I'm not a site builder but John here that owns sevenforums.... said one time he turned on Compatibility mode,
What ever that means,
Every site uses a default document page not sure how but it just means Wordpress is a bit to optimistic on there sites compatibility with ie11 "edge mode" doc mode page standards ?
I'm pretty sure you used a template wordpress provided ?
I would contact wordpress.com or .org about the issue,

Well i have just put the following code into the head and that has fixed it (it may not be the cleanest?) but it now displays how i would expect it.
