    IE 11 Display Issues

one of the problems I have had in IE11 is that some of my stories on yahoo do not display correctly no does my weather which is frustrating and another problem is when I change my browser mode like back to IE8 and then I close that window it automatically changes back to IE11 mode and I don't know why, but I am about to say screw IE11 and go back to IE10 as that version works fine

That's not a problem with IE11 - it's a problem with the CSS in the site.
That could be caused either because the site isn't properly following the standards, or because there's something interfering with the proper processing of the CSS.
Do you have any third-party security apps running other than an AV?

    Try this MS Fixit:
Fix problems that programs cannot be installed or uninstalled

Sorry, wrong thread - ignore this.

...there's a problem with your setup then - that page displays fine for me in IE11/Win7

    Go to Internet Options,
    Click on the Advanced tab.
Click on the 'Restore advanced settings' button (DO NOT click on the 'Reset...' button!
    Click Apply, then OK

restart Internet explorer and see if that improves things.

    Hi,
If restore advanced settings doesn't have any positive effects use this,
    Temp files delete,
Run this as administrator and Start the scanner,
Shut your machine down after it finishes,

Use Disk cleanup if more than one user exists on the machine use System clean up as well,
