    How to load IE6?

I need IE6 to access/run features in the company document repository. Anyone know if IE6 can be loaded to Win7?

This is the download site: ( http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/...s/default.mspx ). Whether it will work on win7 is another question.

Have you tried IE8 in compatibility mode?

    Hi there

If you really need IE6 (can't think why as IE8 in compatability mode suggested by the previous poster should work fine) try using a Windows VM with either Windows 2000 or XP as the guest OS.

Thanks for your reply. Sounds like a good idea...but perhaps I'll keep my older workstation with IE6 just for those times I need IE6. Problem for me is some corporate "stuff" only allows IE6 - IE8 in compatability mode doesn't work. Regards, GEWB
