    I cant connect to https sites ?

    My recommendation is to turn off (and uninstall) all of your "toolbars", including Bing toolbar, Google toolbar, and etc. Check your settings in Chrome (just assuming from the pics) and change your home page to something more generic.... Google or something similar.

    It's my experience that toolbars and homepages tend to redirect to their version of preferred sites.

    Also, you may want to check your DNS settings and be sure that you're using a reputable DNS...OpenDNS, etc....
