    Set Homepage

My wife has a PC with Windows 7 pro 32 bit. Somehow she has set her home page as
    Search.Yahoo.com

We want to set it as just Yahoo.com. Every time we set it that way it keeps reverting to the Search.Yahoo.com.

    How do I fix this??

    Thank you.

    Hello Huffman,

If this is for Internet Explorer, then this may help to manually change the homepage to it.

Internet Explorer Home Page - Add or Change

You might also check to see if she may have an add-on or toolbar installed in IE that may be changing the homepage.

Internet Explorer - Enable or Disable Toolbars and Extensions Add-ons

    Hope this helps. :)

I don't have any addons for IE. I do have the google toolbar for search.

I am still NOT sure why once the home page is set it does NOT stay set.

You could try using the tutorial below to specify a homepage in IE that can't be changed by users to see if it will make it stick.

Internet Explorer Home Page - Specify and Prevent Changing

It also wouldn't hurt to do a full scan of your system with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free just to be safe.
