Can't open one web site from #1 computer.

Please be patient and help me figure this out.
Win 7 and IE 11 on all my networked computers.

For years I have been going to the Kroger grocery store web site from a shortcut on my #1 desktop. A few weeks ago a different Kroger web site came up and it would not let me sign in.

The correct page showed up on my Laptop and #2 Desktop computer using the same shortcut address and each of those brought up the correct web site.

I used the #1 Desktop over the network to access the shortcut on my laptop and the same bad website showed up and would not let me sign in.

I copied the shortcut from my Laptop desktop and pasted it on the #1 desktop and when I double clicked on the short cut the bad website showed up and would not let me sign in.

I used the Laptop over the Network and double clicked on the #1 desktop shortcut and the correct website showed up and allowed me to sign in.

Using the #1 computer and Google I created a new short cut for Kroger, the same bad web site showed up.

I am not a Techie and cannot figure this out but my limited knowledge tells me there is something in the Registry that prevents the #1 computer from accessing the Kroger web page when all the other short cuts work correctly.

    Hi,
On which ever computer that can not login,
Use Gear symbol on the top right and Safety and Delete browser history,
    You can also use Alt+TD
Uncheck the top box and click on Delete,
    Test the issue,
    Cheers.

    Hi thanks for the update,
Post both addresses here so we can compare them,
After that test using clean boot,

    ThrashZone,
The URL is the same on all computers.
I tried all the above suggestions, plus a Registry Cleaner, Malware and SpyBot and another clean restart, there is no change.

Hi the point in posting the url here was so you could use this hyperlink on the bad machine from here to see if there's any difference,
The bad machine might handle the url differently attempting to open the url from here ?
    Cheers.

This is the url on my malfunctioning #1 Desktop-https://www.kroger.com/account/pointsDetails?programNumber=31
This is the url on my properly functioning laptop-https://www.kroger.com/account/pointsDetails?programNumber=31
Both were copied from the "Properties" popup of the shortcut.

Could this be a 'remember me on this computer' problem ?

I once had to repair a computer by doing a factory reset. Next day I got a phone call 'email doesn't work'. She said usually she just clicked gmail and it worked. Turned out she'd clicked 'remember me' 2 years previously, and of course the reset had deleted the cookies and the password. The password was long since forgotten >> access denied . . .

    Just an idea.

    Jed is probably pretty close,
Access the site with this link and sign in with the bad machine,
    https://www.kroger.com/
Who knows possibly Krogers change the amount of computers that can signin using a single account ?

OK, here is what I did:
Non-function Desktop #1-I clicked on the Kroger URL on the email and it opened to a weird Kroger page, I clicked on “Sign in” and nothing happened.

Laptop and Desktop #2-I clicked on the Kroger URL on the email and it opened to the correct page and I signed in with both computers at the same time with no problem.

I stopped to the correct page and I signed in with both computers at the same time with no problem.
    and opened Google Chrome:
Non-function Desktop #1-I clicked on the Kroger URL on the email and it opened to the correct page and I signed in with no problem, I now have all 3 computers signed into Kroger at the same time.

Now I know the problem is with Internet Explorer 11, but I don’t know where to go from here!
