Internet Explorer 11 redirecting to unable to open the page

I keep Internet Explorer as reserve browser because some government web sites only work with it.

Now I just fresh reinstalled Windows 7 x64 and Internet Explorer 11 and was playing with adding plugins like Flash Player etc. etc.
I used the browser for only a few minutes then suddenly it started acting crazy.
I type the address in the bar, the web page opens for a second then it redirects to a blank page so I'm not able to go anywhere.
    Please check the screen shots.

PS: I struggled with the previous Windows installation because the upgrade from IE8 to IE9 corrupted the system, not I fresh installed Windows and again Internet Explorer is giving problems, how stupid is that and what Micro$oft is doing!!!

Hi your showing you have 2 Antiviruses installed,
    ClamWin and MSE,
Choose one and uninstall the other,

Which other plugins did you install ?
    Cheers.

This is the same setup as the previous installation but with IE8, NEVER had any problem before upgrading the browser so I don't think that MalwareBytes is in conflict unless there is a weird problem with IE11.
I installed the latest Adblock, the system tells it's installed but it doesn't show up so I disabled it.
Then Flash Player, Java Runtime, Shockwave as usual.
    Thanks for help.

PS: please don't look at my system specification for now because I'm installing Windows on a different hard disk.

Never mind I fixed it, I restored the browser to factory settings and didn't install Adblock, just in case.
In my opinion the problem with ANY installation of Internet Explorer is that stupid "first run" thing that Micro$oft gurus thought to be a nice thing!
It was not easy to get rid of it and if you go get help to Micro$oft community you get even more frustrated because they have NO idea on how to fix the problem.

    Hi,
First of all I never said anything about mbam,
I said your showing 2 antivirus programs,
mbam is not a antivirus program,

Lastly I have no idea what "first run" is,
Glad you finally got rid of or disabled adblock these types of add-ons cause nothing but trouble,
Which you can also add Java to that trouble making section too,
    Cheers.
