    gmail link issues

I can log into my gmail account, also open my mail. The problem is when I click a link it gives me 2 blank page windows before it gives me my link. So at the top of my page I get open mail, blank page, blank page, the actual link. I hope someone can tell me why I'm getting this issue.

First see this similar issue: https://productforums.google.com/for...il/Qxdv8UndFqY

Assuming it's not a Gmail issue, what happens if you click a link on some other web page for example the link below?

Try Gmail in another browser if you have one. If this is a general problem with Internet Explorer previous solutions suggested here: IE9 wont open pages, just give a new tab thats blank

Can i recommend you uninstall IObit ASAP.

It causes more harm then good.

I wouldn't be surprised if its blocking your Gmail.

This is quite a common issue actually. If you forward the mail to say, Outlook, the link opens normally. It appears to be a Gmail issue (suggested to be security). Try booting to Safe Mode with Networking, and see if the same behavior exists there. If not, try a clean start to see if it is a conflict.

    Safe Mode

Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

As suggested, try the same in another browser, and see if it still happens. It can be caused by extensions/addons in other browsers.
