Junk mail set to No filtering but still putting mail in junk folder

Updated my Windows Live Mail 2009 to Windows Live Mail 2012. I set the junk email to No Automatic Filtering just like the 2009. I have no safe senders, no blocked senders, Phishing has both boxes unchecked and yet the danged program keeps putting about 20% of my mail in the junk folder. Not of it is junk mail! Cannot seem to get this program working right. May go back to the 2009 just because of this.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi anaron,
    I had the same problem.
    here is what I did:

click on the e-mail in the junk folder and then click on " not junk" on the top.
it is the "hard way" of doing it, but it worked for me.

Sven1458, that is what I have been doing but still not helping. The notification for your reply went to junk mail even tho I have marked numerous notifictions from sevenforums as "not junk"

reverted back to 2009 but NOW it is not working (worked great before upgrading) which leads me to believe that microsoft updates may have screwed windows live mail up! Would not be the first time ms updates make a mess
