This still installs in the Appdata folder. I wish Chrome was just a "normal" program. Am I the only one who thinks this?

Like one that installs in the Program Files folder and runs from there.....
I am not understanding your wanting for Chrome to be placed in the Program Files folder...

Just out of curiosity, how can you get the AppData folder to show up? I know where it is, and it shows up in search, but not when I open up Windows Explorer.

Its a hidden folder, you can either allow yourself to view hidden folders or you can type in the address bar, in the explorer window %appdata%

Microsoft Moving Forward?
It just came to me today... That People would be more inclined to buy PCs over Macs if Microsoft designed their own computers just like Apple, and have unique features, instead of just designing the software to be used on other manufacturers hardware. Do you guys agree?
