WERE YOU IN THE REPAIR ENVIRONMENT?

It's only there that the user has sufficient access to be able to run the commands.

1 - start the computer in Safe Mode with Command Prompt
    2 - introduce "XCOPY C: \ mediax86 c: \ windows \ winsxs / s / and / s / v / h"
    I click enter.
3 - the message. "Access is denied. You can not create directory c: \ windows \ winsxs"

That data is from 11 am yesterday your time - before you apparently managed to do the fix.
you need to copy the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log file to the desktop, again, zip it, and upload it.
