Maybe this image will show a lot of the Acer programs.As you can see there are duplicates there can you assist on that please.

The Launch Manager is for your Function Keys .. I am sure you know what the rest is used for ..

That was already installed on acer when I had it.

Eraser I use sometimes to delete some item,I suppose I don't really need that.

I would guess the duplicates are showing Programs and x86 Programs entries :/
But that doesn't look like windows uninstall a program either so it could be a third party uninstall utility ?

Nobody here has recommended Spybot since before these forums existed. It's buggy, as is Google Drive.

You don't need ANY of those Startup programs starting with Windows, only your AV, any sync, and gadgets or stickies if you use them.

The duplicate Acer programs are typical of the buggy mess of factory installed OS. I'd consider a Clean Install - Windows 8 or Clean Reinstall Windows 7

Many thanks for the info.But this Acer laptop is windows 8.1 not windows 7.

I don't care what operating system you use. In my opinion just don't use Spybot.
Many post that I read have nothing but problems when using Spybot.
