Proxy Server connection

Hello. I'm hoping to get some help with this problem I'm having with my Dell Inspiron 1520. I have searched for an answer but nothing so far ringtones free nhat.
I log into my computer and open IE and I get 'Cannot Connect to the Proxy Server'. (I do not want to connect to the Proxy Server) I go into 'tools' then 'Internet Options' 'Connections' then 'LAN Settings' and uncheck the check mark from "Use a Proxy Server for your LAN' I select close and then apply.
That helps for the moment but when I log into my computer the next time the same thing happens over and over again. What else can I do to permanently correct this issue? best ringtones Any help is greatly appreciated. (running Windows 7 and not sure which version of IE)
