    Trying to get Opera taskbar off the bottom and to the top of the page


    I am trying to move the grey Opera bar at the bottom to the top , anyone know how to do that ?

Please help me someone!! Trying to download Adobe but cant scroll down far enough to access the ACCEPT button on Terms and Conditions. Have moved task bar to the left of the screen but this makes no difference.

A lot of the programs I use have this glitch where when they open, they open below the taskbar, and they're stuck. Is there a way to fix this, possibly by making the taskbar below everything? ~Joshua~
