How to redownload 1 month of gmails into my outlook.pst folder again?

    Hello,

My pc completely crashed. Repaired and re-installed most programs already.
But I am missing 1 month of mails in my outlook.pst folder:
My most recent .pst-backup is from dec15, the computer crashed on jan15.

The missing mails are still available online in my gmail folders.
What is the easiest way to 'resend' them to my mailbox in outlook?
I know I can do that one-by-one by forwarding them to myself, but that is for 140+ mails quite some work.
    What is easier?

    Thanks for helping!
    Regards,
    Wim

So you use outlook mail client and get the gmail messages by using pop3/smtp?
Use imap method to get/send the mail. At least temporary. Now you can drag the messages from the "sent" folder and "inbox"... drop them in the local outlook folders.

Thanks, Kaktus, totally clear. Easy way to copy content from IMAP to PC-Outlook.
In fact only need it temporarily for '1 month mail copy' but will keep it for some time to see if it is useful.
