Change or stop tone for "OK Google" Search

OK this is silly but I know you guys like a challenge.

I use "OK Google" in Chrome to do voice search on my Windows 7 desktop. I find it very convenient. Unfortunately I have a "rescued" dog who is skittish and the tone following invoking the command scares her.

I'd like to disable or change the tone and can't find a way.

System sounds are set to "None."

I mute the sound when I remember but eventually I forget and when it goes off she jumps up and flies out of the room.

    Thanks in advance.

P.S. I just posted her picture in the Chillout Forum "Show Us Your Dogs" if you'd like to see her :)

rename this to .bak "C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\bepbmhgboaologfdajaanbcjmnhjmhfn\0.1.1.5023_0\audio\1_short_Open_16_16.wav" If your extesnion name is for some reason different look at this in chrome and it will say what path you need. chrome://voicesearch You have to manually type it in.
