**Did someone recommend PC Cleaner Plus? If they did i don't see the recommendation.

You probably got a bunch of PUP's with PC Cleaner Plus.

I have access to the Army Knowledge Online site as a military retiree. I get the following message whenever i try to Login on. ( There is a problem with this website's security certificate) It is a https site. I have Windows 7 Home Ed. Can anybody tell how correct this?
