    Help!!! "Explorer.EXE. This file does not have a program associated...


    ...with it for performing this action please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."

    When i try to open my Downloads folder i get the message and the icon next to Downloads is a white icon its not a folder. Can someone help me fix this I have a lot of important files in that folder and now im hoping i didnt lose it forever. I have windows 7 and a 32 bit system if you guys need any more details please let me know. Thank you

    i was going to do that however the only restore points that are available have dates that go back to 2009.
