sky email account

    sky email account


    i am running windows 7 with windows live mail i have just set up i have a new email address but i have set up i think my partners e mail account from sky but it isnt picking up her sky emails i would appreciate any help on this matter as i am new to using windows 7 with windows live mail thanks in advance

    I get the following error messages on screenserver pop.sky.com
    ox800ccc0f
    protocal pop3
    port 995
    secure ssl no

    is this info any help at all

    Hi john,

    ox800ccc0f means either server not available or time-out.

    It looks like the mail server is not responding.

    Check again tomorrow. If it still does the same, we'll go deeper into it.
