    stall during web page browsing

For the last few months or so, my PC stalls during browsing a web page. In particular the E-bay web pages.
It will be fine for 5-7 minutes and then the page becomes unresponsive and the loading circle keeps on turning.
Occasionally the loading of my Windows Essentials 2011 takes a long time to load compared to the regular start-up.
At times I can use the taskmaster to end the process, but other times I can only use the Ctrl>Alt>delete to get back to the web page.
Again, it will be fine for a few minutes and the same thing happens.
I have done the sfc/scannow, the MBam scan, the S&D spybot scan, the adwcleaner, Ccleaner and the Zone Alarm Extreme scan. None turned up any nasties.
It is not a huge problem, but I am worried it may be an indication of a bigger pending problem.
This PC is about seven years old.

    Hi,
You don't say which browser is being used and if all browsers act the same
You personally couldn't pay me to visit ebay :)

Hi TZ, I haven't tried it in another browser, but will right away. Presently I use IE 11

Good deal so far then as you might can tell I'm not a ie11 fanboy
I'm sure things will be better in ie10 if not we might have a couple of things to try :)
