    IE11 addon issue

Having just updated a pc to windows 7 Pro 64bit. I'm struggling to get the following OLD addon up and running the addon is called netsnippets
    iv'e uploaded it here
    www.apsattv.com/files/nsclient.exe

It appears to work until you go to edit the saved snippet, but comes up with cannot find
c:/users/OEM/Documents/My%20Snippets/blahblah.htm make sure the path or address is correct

It could be a permissions error? would love to get it back up and working if anyone can explain?

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
I would guess you'd need to redownload from the developers site a compatible version designed for win-7 ?
What os did you upgrade from x-p ?
    Cheers.

The addon is "esnips" netsnippet, and no longer produced. It was working fine on my old xp machine in IE8.
I'm not up to speed on Windows 7 64bit yet. But assume that Windows isn't happy about where the snipped data is being stored.

Hi thanks I'm sure it's not,
Very few if any x-p boxes were 64 bit
So if your willing to downgrade to 32 bit it might work ?
But if even the developer has given up on the add-on I don't see any option other than another compatible add-on,
But for the record programs x86 is 32 bit
    Cheers.

Have you even tried the addon? you will see it works up to a point where one goes to edit or open the saved snippet. There is surely a way to get it working.

Lol why ? its not a virus or anything. How else am I gonna know if someone else manages to get it working unless they can download it themselves.

They can sandbox it if necessary

oh and the file was located on my own website, feel free to submit it to any virus /malware scan site

    Heres a scan

Probably harmless! There are strong indicators suggesting that this file is safe to use.
