Internet Explorer 9 and SSL and TLS protocols

I have Win 7 Ultimate, 64 bit and Internet Explorer 9.
In Internet Explorer 9 when I looked under "tools"..."internet Options"..."Advanced"..."Security" the following :

    "Use SSL 2.0" is unchecked
    "Use SSL 3.0" is unchecked
    "Use TLS 1.0" is checked
    "Use TLS 1.1" is unchecked
    "Use TLS 1.2" is unchecked

Are these the proper secure settings? Which ones should be checked and which ones should be unchecked?
    thank you

I think there were recent patches for SSL but I'm not convinced it's safe yet. Mine are unchecked. I also have all three TLS boxes checked. I might add that IE-10 and most certainly IE-11 are more secure than IE-9. Given the recent lab test, IE-11 is the safest browser. ...But, perhaps that's drifting. :)

    Yep,
Yes it's perfectly okay to have all 3 tls checked
Default is the one you show.
I'd say ie10 is the last stable version
