    Google Auto Suggest Box Is Blank!


    Hello, this happened to me about a month ago, seems to be when Windows had a rash of updates.

    I've used Internet Explorer for years, currently V11. I've had no issues until recently. THIS IS ONLY IN IE, FF & Chrome seem to be fine.

    My issue is the "auto fill" or "auto suggest" for Google window is blank, see attached screenshot. Auto suggest still works in url address bar, but not Google search. It drives me nuts because I feel like I'm "flying blind!"

    I've searched multiple times on the net and can't find anyone asking about the same issue. I finally joined this forum hoping someone can help. BTW, I don't remember making any setting changes offhand, but I'm guessing somehow a setting somewhere got changed!

    Hi,
    To really get an idea of what might be going on show the entire screen not just the google toolbar bit,
    Use Gear symbol and safety and see if anything is checked there too
    You might consider uninstall and re-installing g.t.b.

    Hi TZ thanx for your reply and suggestion, as you can see from my updated screenshot, reinstall didn't help.

    Per your suggestion I made an entire screenshot and also checked the "Safety" tab, NOTHING is checked there.

    Any other thoughts/suggestions? Thanx again for your help......
