Adobe website pages keep reloading - Anybody else seeing this?

Every page I try to view at Adobe keeps reloading after about three seconds. Some pages complete (as far as I can tell) but go into a reload loop. Some pages are obviously incomplete (just the header bar) then it tries to reload about every three seconds.

So far, this is the only site where it's occurring. I been to quite a few of my regular sites today and none have the same problem. Has Adobe been hijacked or something?

Seems alright for me, IE11. Try clearing cache/temp files?

That's one of the ones I tried. It just displays a black screen with Menu, Search, Sign In items at the top, blanks out then reloads. Over and over again. I even added Adobe.com to the compatibility list but it does the same. They've changed their site since the last time I was there so something on the site doesn't like my settings, I guess. It's the only site doing it of all the sites I've been to today.

    Caught this action with Debugger.

This is the other page I tried to visit: Product updates

And this is the error on that page.

    Hi,
What blocking protection is going on there or do you have installed ?

That's just standard IE tracking protection. Looks like it's working. Those URLs don't look like anything I need. If Adobe needs them, I don't need Adobe. I'm not turning off security features just for them.
