Yes I have, I'm afraid
Usual solution is:
Backup Firefox Profile. Fully remove Firefox. Run dedicated flash player removal tool and also manually delete all leftovers. Reboot.
Run Ccleaner.
Download Firefox and install. Download latest version of flash player and install.
If videos are now working - restore bookmarks only from FF profile backup. Test video. If it works:
Restore bookmarks and extensions from FF profile backup. Test video.
More accurately, the usual thing to do at this juncture is to leave Firefox itself alone, and try running it with a new profile, one without anything copied into it from your existing profile. That is because, although it does happen, it is quite rare for the program itself to be faulty, and is much more common for a profile to become corrupt.
Copying things from a corrupt profile into a clean profile will simply cause the new profile to become corrupt. There are methods of doing the copying that can obviate this is it is found that the new profile has solved the existing problem(s), but that comes later, obiously.

If the profile is corrupt then you're correct. It's a good first step. Copying bookmarks will not corrupt a new profile. Copying extension may corrupt a profile if the problem lies with an extension.
Thank you very much, your 374508 is working again.
