    Windows Mail default fixed.

    or

    Windows Mail Default Associations - Vista Forums

    I found this and have applied the reg file.
    Windows Mail is now showing it's set as default.

    This did not work for me. I have office 07 installed and only see Outlook as a default mail handler.

    I've got office XP and I only install without Outlook.
