Windows 7: Long-Running Scripts Prevent Website Logon

Long-Running Scripts Prevent Website Logon

I use IE10 on my Win7 computer. In the past few weeks I have had trouble logging on to various it was ATT and BestBuy. I soon get an error message at the bottom of the screen that says, for example, "ATT not responding due to long-running script". I usually have to close out that tab and start again.

I don't understand whether it's a script on their website or on my computer. If it is being caused by something on my computer, is there anything I can do to increase the wait time? Or whatever it takes to avoid this error message?

Thanks in advance......

You can try this although it's a different alert,
Also this one,

Use Clean boot,
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Click Start and type in the search box,
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,
See the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here,
