had a very pesky issue with Internet explorer
i had a very pesky issue with Internet explorer.
in our company a user was usign it for crm and he was unable resolve cases on his pc having windows 7 64 bit sp1 with latest updates applied through wsus. he was able to do it previously.
he was able to close cases on another system having exactly same configurations....
when a case is marked close the page changes to say so in it.
sfc found no issue.
reset tcp ip winsock no luck .
tried deleting browsing history no luck.
i first reset Internet explorer no luck.
created new profiel no luck.
scanned with malwarebytes nothign found.
sacn with adware removal tool nothing found ..
still IE nto working with crm.
crm consultant said its browser issue.
i downgraged it and it went straight to ie 8.
crm again not working. reset no luck.
uprgared to 9 .did a rest no luck .. upgraged to 10 reset settings no luck .. upgargded to 11 reset settings no luck.
did a clean install of windows (format c ) all worked.
why ?
