Can't load my work site in any browser, all other sites load fine.

I have always worked in Chrome. My work page won't load anymore, as of last week. I tried it in Internet Explorer, and then tried FireFox. Chrome and Internet Explorer both say the problem is with the site, not with my computer or my firewall. FireFox says the site may be busy and can't be contacted. Every other employee, including my husband's computer in the next room, can load this site.
I have tweaked my proxy settings to allow automatic connections. I have disabled Kaspersky and Ad Mucher. I have done three progressively early system restores, to times when I was able to load the web page. I have turned the computer on and off after each new fix I tried. Nothing has worked.
    Any suggestions?

In a elevated command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns then hit enter and reboot your computer. Though system restoring should have solved a cache issue I would think. You should also clear any cookies for that site and all cache from all browsers. If this fails, in a command prompt again put ipconfig /all and post the results here please. Also if you have not rebooted your modem and router do that as well.

    Problem solved

Thank you for your suggestion. I had seen that on several of the sites I visited looking for a solution. I had done that at least twice, restarting the computer after each attempt, without results. I read somewhere else to unplug the router. I took that a step further and unplugged both the router and my computer, removing the battery as well. I left them that way for about ten hours. When I powered the computer and router up the problem had resolved. Not being computer literate I have no idea why that worked.
I had tried different fixed for five days until I found one that worked. I want to thank all the computer savy people out there who take the time to help other people out. I could not have fixed this problem otherwise.

It might have been an issue with your bios since you pulled the battery you reset it. Either way glad you got it working :).
