Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Connected to Internet, browsers not working

Windows 7, 64bit and using IE 11 and Firefox. Neither browser works. IE = Page can't be displayed. Firefox = Crash Reporter.
I currently have it im my network. I can ping websites by name (i.e. and get responses just fine, I can run Windows updates and it communicates fine. I have run Malwarebytes, MSE, JRT, AdwCleaner, CCleaner and a few others with no findings.

I have run numerous Command Prompt commands as Administrator and nothing fixes the issue. I have multiple other wired devices on my network along with a number of wireless devices attached and no issues with any of them.

Please advise.

Home Premium and Pro 32 bit and 64 bit (4 computers)

Go here and scroll pretty close to the bottom for Windows 7

Two choices: click the FixIt button or read and follow the manual instructions posted below the button.

For FF go here
and see the section Check to see if the crash happens in safe mode which is running Firefox with no addons, not Windows safe mode.
