After many tedious attempts, IExplorer 11 is more or less working OK.
How do I save the current settings ?
Win 7 ultimate 32

You could write down what you changed or take screen shots of the settings windows

As long as you dont go back into ControlPanel> internet options, or use the tool option, and change them.
They will stay as you have currently saved then, (Don't forget to reboot).
