    Hi,
    Not sure why you would use a pdf for a simple screen shot
    Use traditional format such as jpeg or png and upload it :/

    Firstly those are not Chrome extensions because they are not from the Chrome web store as they all state next to them.

    How to restore them :?

    Hi,
    Search the Chrome web store for them
    You can also contact Norton and see what they have to say about it and if they know of any issues working with Chrome ?
