Chrome Bookmarks - Which folder do I save to in Pc and Android

How do I view my chrome bookmarks on my pc and also my android tablet?
Only I am not sure which folder I should be saving them in?
    Desktop or Mobile?

Can I make it default to one too?

On PC/tablet just click the hamburger (3 dot menu) on the right and select Bookmarks. You can view them all there.
It's up to you which folder you want to store them in. You don't have to store them in any folder. Desktop/Mobile folders are just to make it easier for you to find. I just store all mine in the default folder.

But the android phone always defaults to the mobile bookmarks which is way way down the list to scroll when I use chrome on the desktop. Is there a simpler way?

    Hi,
Been a while but I thought one could drag the folders where they wanted :/
See if there are any folder sort options and use none if listed.

    Doesn't seem to be.
But which ones are the simplest?

Yea there's been some uproar about google and the way they messed with bookmarks not sure how old the thread was

When I used Chrome long ago I had to use a bookmarks add-on to get it close to what google toolbar had for internet explorer and it still wasn't really good.

But mostly why I got rid of Chrome was the annoying tabs opening behind other tabs
I suppose there might be a add-on for that one too :)
