Backed-up WLM Storage Folder/How to Import Back to WLM

I thought I'd lost my 'recipe' folder during a recent hdd crash and reinstall. Found the folder on my internal backup drive (computer>backup>dellbert>C>Users>Dell>AppData>Local>Microsoft>WLM>Storage Folders>Recipes). They have been renamed. Example...0A1A20BB-00000150.

How can I import them back into WLM? I tried dragging and dropping the folder. I've tried copying the folder and pasting. There is no import option. There is a "Restore Previous Versions" option but I don't know exactly what that will do so I've not tried it.

    Thanks!

This MS website might help you. Scroll down to where it says "To Import Email Messages into Windows Live Mail" & follow the example shown.

It DID help! Thank you so much! Here is the line that clicked... Messages must be exported to an empty folder.
I had tried c/p and drag and drop at the folder level. After reading this (I didn't think the article was going to provide any info I could use because I wasn't given an import/export option) I made a NEW/empty recipe folder and c/p the emails and it worked! The subjects were recreated as well :) Whew! Those recipes date back to 1998. Thanks again
