Unable to upgrade IE8 to newer version- Standalone or online install

Well, it did the same thing. Not sure what the deal is...is there a place I can get say IE9 and see if I can step by step upgrade? Just an idea...here are my results

But it won't hurt anything either

The screenshots point to an error in the font cache.

Please Disaable It from Admintools >> services >> fontcahe.

Try the standalone installer see if it works
