i need to develop a complex website like Aitchison College, Lahore

is there any free HTML editor which can make my job easier

pls recommend any tool free or not

Looking for a free XML editor
I'm looking for a free XML editor, who can open large files (above 50mb till 2gb) and also can show things in table format, like Excel. Most of the free programs are not capable handling such large files but I hope there is one out there who can. B.t.w. I'm not looking for trial versions. ;)
