I want to build a scheduled email send out from my pc to my email

Letter me later .com is a place where you can send scheduled emails. I want to know that there isn't acompany employee reading my stuff or taking my email list for their own use. If i input my kids mothers or my children i won't want someone getting the idea that its ok to google her, follower her on Twitter, IG, facebook etc. Same with my kids. Its dangerous and scares me.

How ever if i can do that from my own computer. Host from my pc and send scheduled emails to different emails then i can set up a pseudo auto responder for a little brother task management alike constant contact or aweber.

    Tutorial requested.
    Software recommendation requested.

You can do that if you send an email though the command line. Powershell can do that natively without any kind of extra software. Look here for an example and further details:

You can test to send mails using SMTP to your server directly from the powershell command line. You need an email account that allows SMTP access instead of only webmail.
Once tested, just save the code to a script file and then setup a scheduled task to run that script when you need the mail to be delivered.
