    Internet explorer will not start


    Internet explorer will not start ive deleted the update to bring me back to the old version and it will still not work, i'm in windows 7 64bit

    Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Users\bobby\AppData\Local\Temp\WER82C7.tmp.hdmp

    thats just a temp file not an error file shouldnt stop IE loading, you can clear it and other old data by using disk cleanup prog.

    i deleted an updated which reverted me back to ie 8 and now it works again, not looked forward since

    Here is the best I can do to start off with.

    I have seen systems that have lost their proper activation not be able to update Internet Explorer.

    Please complete this tutorial by Brink and post the results here, in this thread.

    from the little info your providing its impossible to tell whats wrong.
    Its like saying my cars stopped.

    Whats the error code reported when you try and reinstall/open ie11??

    there is no error code, when you click on it you just get that spinning circle for a while then it stops and nothing happens

    Open Event Viewer and see if there are any error or warning messages that would help.
    You can open it by typing Event Viewer in the start orb search box and clicking on it in the list displayed.
