    Need help with Live Mail

For some reason I now have a problem with live mail. We get printable coupons for restaurants in E Mail. I used to be able to print them. Now I get an error saying (The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed ,create an association in the Default Programs control panel.) Please help. I am using Win.& 64 bit.

I think I may have figured out the problem but don't know what to do about it. We use a Canon ip 4820 printer. My wife uses an Avery Program to print out some cards. When she went to use it, there was an update notice, so she updated it. The cards wouldn't print properly. We then found out that we were showing two 4820 printers. One was a 4800 series and the other a 4820xps. I believe that it is defaulting to the xps.The Avery cards would print properly with the xps but it is causing other printer problems. ( I think)

Everything is fine now. I had to go into Default Programs and make Internet Explorer default browser.

Glad you got it working. I assume you use IE as your browser then? If it is the browser you use then that's fine, otherwise you'll want to set whatever other browser you prefer as your default browser.
